Demeter stands for organic and dynamic cultivation in agriculture. In contrast to pure organic farming, the entire farm must be managed biodynamically. Animal husbandry is mandatory and contributes to the circular economy.
To be certified through Demeter, processors and traders must attend at least one introductory course within 3 years.
We trade Demeter-certified coffee from our partners and pay attention to the cultivation of the farmers when purchasing green coffee.

The EU organic label guarantees that at least 95 % of the goods consist of organic ingredients and that all other conditions for import are met.
We have the EU organic label and meet the standards for trading organic products in Germany in the area of coffee.
The ‘Deutscher Kaffeeverband’ is a central service point and represents its members in all matters relating to coffee beans. Coffee traders, brokers, roasters, coffee machine manufacturers, roasting machine manufacturers, logisticians and many more – the German Coffee Association supports companies in all matters relating to coffee.
