Jonas studied horticultural science in the field of tropical agricultural crops. The study brought him to coffee. Working in a coffee roasting company in Central America deepened my enthusiasm for the coffee plant and the final product, coffee. Most recently, Jonas was able to demonstrate his skills as head barista in a well-known Hamburg speciality roastery.
